The protesters gathered outside of the Parliament when President Rouhani was inside defending three new ministers.

London, 2 November – In an article published on November 1, the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) reports on a maneuver that underscore the fact that death penalty cannot be ignored.

Minister of Justice, Mullah Pour Mohammadi said, according to ILNA, state news agency, on October 29, 2016, “the number of death penalties and its application should be reviewed…. However, death penalty continues to be in the agenda but not as much as it is being done nowadays”. As the General Assembly session was being held, he made this pledge while the regime sent 77 people to the gallows 77 in September.

Iranian Resistance calls on release of those arrested at Pasargadae

London, 2 November – On Friday 28th October, thousands of people from all over Iran took part in a protest against the clerical regime’s policies in Pasargade – the site of the tomb of Cyrus the Great on the occasion of his birthday. The Iranians at the protest described him as the “pride of every Iranian and a foundational figure in the establishment of human rights principles” said the NCRI (National Council of Resistance of Iran).

Iran’s biggest enemy, Saudi Arabia, has more pressing issues than Lebanon to deal with – Yemen’s civil war for example.

UN Secretary General Awards Syrian War Criminal With Keepsake

London, 1 November – Bashar Jaafari, one of the fiercest defenders of the notorious Bashar al-Assad’s supporter in Syria, has been given keepsake by the United Nations (UN).

Just a few days ago, on October 24, the Secretary-General of the UN Ban Ki-moon honored several envoys for their ten years of service, issuing them with a keepsake. Bashar Jaafari was among them, smiling in a photograph during the ceremony, well known as the defender of Bashar al-Assad’s in Syria.

On the same day, many innocent civilians in Syria were killed or wounded following bombing strikes by al-Assad and his allies.

Berlin: Human Rights Activist, on Core Condition When Dealing With Iran

London, 1 November – Mr. Christian Zimmermann, the Director of Human Rights and Minority affairs in Berlin commemorated those killed at Camp Liberty last year and raised important concerns in building relations with governments that don’t respect human rights, such as Iran.

On October 29 last year, Camp Liberty was struck by rockets, killing more than 20 people and injuring dozens. The Iraqi Shi’a militia, the al-Mukhtar Army, claimed responsibility for the callous act, as reported by Amnesty International. At the time, Camp Liberty was situated in the north-east of Baghdad and housed almost 2,250 Iranian exiles. Most of them were supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), the main opposition force to the Iranian regime, closely linked to The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).
