London, 12 Dec – The Iranian administration and carmakers living under it- are far behind the rest of the world when it comes to innovation according to the executive vice president of PSA Group for Africa and the Middle East.

Jean Christophe Quémard told Iranian automotive magazine Khodro Emroz: “The global auto industry has reached a watershed. Autonomous cars and electric vehicles [or EVs] are crucial topics in the global auto industry. However, it seems that none of the senior Iranian decision-makers are interested.”

He continued: “I have visited Tehran several times in recent months, but never have I come across a single person among officials and automakers who have coherent thoughts about the ongoing changes in the auto industry.”

Falsely Imprisoned American Doctoral Student Threatened Whilst in Prison in Iran

London, 11 Dec – Iran’s decision to transfer an imprisoned American doctoral student within Evin prison has increased fears for his safety, according to Human Rights Watch.

Xiyue Wang, a Princeton Ph.D. student and US citizen, was moved to Ward 7, where a Taliban inmate threatened him in the presence of a guard, on December 6, according to a valuable source.

That source told Human Rights Watch that this same inmate had previously made a threat on Wang’s life when they were both detained in Ward 209, which led to the Taliban inmate’s transfer to a different cell.

International Security Conference Stresses the Importance of Tackling Iranian Terrorism

London, 11 Dec – An international security conference has reaffirmed the importance of tackling the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen and all other Iranian forces who are supporting terrorism and destabilising the Middle East.

The Manama Dialogue 2017, held in Bahrain this weekend, brought together security and military experts to discuss the joint threats of extremism and terrorism.

Bahrain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa explained that the stability and security of the region faced many challenges, especially with the support that terrorists receive from Iran.

London, 11 Dec – Andrew L. Peek is set to become the new deputy assistant secretary of state covering Iran and Iraq with an announcement expected very soon. He will take over the role of the current deputy assistant secretary for Iran – Chris Backmeyer – who was the deputy coordinator for sanctions policy at the State Department and National Security Council director on Iran from 2012 to 2014 for the Obama administration.

Peek is a former U.S. Army intelligence officer who was a captain in the U.S. Army Reserve. He was a member of the State Department transition team for the president.

Iran Regime Condones Assassination of Former Yemeni President

London, 9 Dec – The Iranian Regime has voiced their support for the assassination of former Yemeni president Ali Abdullah Saleh, indicating that their expansionist tendencies in the Middle East enjoy the support of all Regime members.

Iran regime’s president Hassan Rouhani, the chief commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Mohammed Ali Jafari, and the editor-in-chief of Kayhan, a newspaper close to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, all condoned the December 4 assassination, which was carried out by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist group.

Biggest Threat to Iran’s Regime Is a Tolerant Islam

London, 9 Dec – The Iranian Regime has been facing a range of ever-increasing political and military challenges in the Middle East, particularly the US’s tougher policy on confronting Iranian belligerence and expansionism, but the biggest threat to the Regime is a challenge to its extremist interpretation of Islam, according to a leading Iranian-American political scientist.

Dr. Majid Rafizadeh, president of the International American Council, wrote an op-ed for the Huffington Post in which he laid out how ideological challenges to the Iranian Regime were destroying its chokehold on power.

London, 8 Dec – On 18th July 1994, a bomb went off at the Argentine Israelite Mutual Association (AMIA) building in Buenos Argentina, killing 85 people and injuring hundreds more. This is the deadliest attack ever in Argentina. Since then, there have been a number of accusations about who was involved and cover-ups related to local involvement.

Argentine prosecutors Alberto Nisman and Marcelo Martínez Burgos, in October 2006, formally accused the government of Iran of being involved.

Nisman spent many years of his life investigating the incident and he had compiled an indictment of more than 500 pages showing that Iran was setting up terrorist networks all across the world.

Yet Another Iran Regime Hacking Group Discovered

London, 8 Dec – The Iranian Regime’s ever-growing network of hackers- and their various hacks- show no sign of slowing down, according to new research by the security firm FireEye.

The report, published on Thursday, showed that a new Iranian regime network reconnaissance group called Advanced Persistent Threat 34 has spent years infiltrating critical infrastructure companies.

This report, which contains research collected by a team of 34 researchers between 2015 and 2017, is a warning about the danger that the international community could face if Iran isn’t stopped, especially considering their previous aggressive hacks on the financial sector and a New York dam.

Iran Regime Is Driving Everyone Crazy

The US wants to withdraw from the Middle East but without leaving the region as a puppet for the Regime, while Saudi Arabia wants to focus on domestic issues without leaving Iran to take over its neighbouring states.

The Iranian Regime wants to spread its power from the Persian Gulf to the Mediterranean through proxy groups and violent takeovers in Lebanon, Yemen, Syria and Iraq.

Ahmadinejad and Motahari Exchange Harsh Word as Warring Iran Regime Factions Clash Again

London, 8 Dec – In yet another clash between the rival factions of the Iranian Regime, the deputy speaker of the Iranian parliament has declared former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his supporters “not worthy enough” to be considered the opposition and referred to them as a “cult”, on December 6.

Ali Motahari said: “They do not have the necessary calibre to even be considered the opposition.”

In the same interview with Iran Students News Agency (ISNA), Motahari also called for Ahmadinejad to have a public trial for his embezzlement charges.
