Washington, 8 Jul – Arizona Senator, and former U.S. Republican Presidential Candidate, John McCain, has expressed his disgust at the terrorist rocket attack on the Camp Liberty in Iraq on July 4.

He said: “I strongly condemn the July 4th rocket attack that injured dozens of residents at Camp Liberty. The Government of Iraq should provide immediate medical and emergency assistance to the victims, launch a full and impartial investigation of the attack, and bring those responsible to justice.”

London, 8 Jul – The annual gathering of the Iranian Resistance, to be held in Paris this Saturday, July 9, is expected to attract thousands of Iranian opposition members, Al Arabiya English reported on Thursday.

The rally, organised by the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), is expected to attract many dignitaries and political activists from around the world including former Algerian Prime Minister Sid Ahmed Ghozali, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and Palestinian Fateh movement’s member Azzam Al Ahmad.
