It was announced on January 11, that Iraj Masjedi, the senior adviser to Qassem Soleimani commander of the IRGC terrorist Quds Force, will succeed Hassan Danaifar as ambassador to Baghdad.

Lord Maginnis of Drumglass, a member of the British Parliamentary Committee for Iran Freedom (BPCIF), wrote an op-ed on Politics Home accusing the Iranian Regime of propping up a failing regime, violating an internationally-agreed ceasefire and preventing civilians from leaving a war zone, all so that the mullahs could keep their stranglehold of the Gulf Region.

This detailed report admitted that young people are attracted toward Mojahedin (MEK) as well as the high status of Mojahedin at home and at the international level.

The Rafsanjani-Rouhani band chanted, “these too many people are here for their love for Akbar”, while Khamenei’s responded, “these too many people are here for their love for leader”.

London, 13 Jan – Essential human rights, and particularly the right to free speech, were under attack in Iran in 2016, Human Rights Watch said on Thursday in its World Report 2017.
Unelected bodies, including Iran’s Guardian Council and the judiciary, undermined a number of government officials and members of parliament’s minimal efforts to defend citizens’ rights, and they regularly overstepped their legal mandates in committing these violations, the group said.
