Iran Tests Nuclear Missiles in Spite of US Warning

London, 28 Feb – The Iranian Navy has test-fired nuclear missiles during its annual war games in the Persian Gulf, in spite of the US’s objections.

The launch of the Nasr sea-launched cruise missile was confirmed by Iranian defence minister Hossein Dehghan, who said the test was successful.

Increased Executions of Iranian Youth as Result of Crackdown

London, 28 Feb – In the first two weeks of February, a staggering 25 Iranian youths have been executed by the Regime.

Those executed were all under the age of 30; 12 were hanged in Gohardasht Prison, west of Tehran, on February 15, while a further 13 were hanged between February 11 and 13, in Qom, Zabol, Jiroft and Mashhad prisons.

London, 27 Feb – The United Nations peace envoy said that the militant attack in Syria on February 25, was a deliberate attempt to end the peace talks currently underway in Geneva.

Suicide bombers, who were reportedly from the jihadist rebel alliance Tahrir al-Sham (an affiliate of al Queda), stormed Syrian security offices in Homs, killing dozens via gunshot or explosions. This caused the Syrian Government to launch airstrikes against the last rebel-held part of Homs.

London, 27 Feb – The Iranian Regime launched naval drills in the Gulf and the Indian Ocean on February 26, according to an Iranian naval commander.

Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari told Regime-run media that Iran’s annual naval exercises will be held in a 2 million sq. km area in the Strait of Hormuz, the Gulf of Oman, the Bab el-Mandab and northern parts of the Indian Ocean.
