London, 20 Nov – The US is considering measures to strengthen Saudi missile defence systems in order to put a halt to the Iranian Regime’s arms trafficking in the Middle East, according to a report published on Saturday.

The idea is that by stopping the transfer of advanced Iranian-made weapons across the Middle East, regional destabilisation crises can be prevented or at least downplayed.

An official from the Donald Trump administration, who wished to remain anonymous, said: “The state of uncertainty is not serving anyone, but Hezbollah and its allies. The longer it goes on, the worse it is for Saudi interests and US interests and the interest of our friends.”

London, 19 Nov – Arab foreign ministers condemned Iran and its Lebanese Shia ally Hezbollah at an emergency meeting in Cairo on Sunday, warning they would not stand by in the face of Iranian interference in Arab affairs, reported TRT World on Sunday, November 19.

Regional tensions have risen in recent weeks between Saudi Arabia and Iran over Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri’s surprise resignation, and an escalation in Yemen’s conflict.

Hariri, a Saudi ally, resigned on November 4 from Riyadh, accusing Iran and Hezbollah of spreading strife.

London, 18 Nov – The Houthis, a Yemeni terrorist cell, has been affiliated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) for over 20 years, much longer than most people know.

They have been groomed by the Iranian Regime to fight against the legitimate Yemeni government and the Saudi-led coalition in charge on restoring the internationally recognised leader President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, as part of the Regime’s plan for complete regional domination.

Over time, the Houthis grew more and more similar to other Iranian proxy groups in the Middle East, being given the same training, weapons, and propaganda materials as the rest of them. They even chant the same slogan: “Death to America, Death to Israel, Curse on the Jews, Victory to Islam.”

London, 18 Nov – At the beginning of the month, Prime Minister of Lebanon Saad Hariri travelled to the capital of Saudi Arabia and announced his resignation. During the speech in which he announced his resignation he said that Iran was one of the main factors in his decision.

It is very clear that he did it for his own safety. After all, there is a history of Hezbollah critics being assassinated. This is very close to Saad Hariri heart, because his own father, a critic of Hezbollah, was assassinated in 2005.

However, it is also evident that he went to Saudi Arabia because he wants to save his people from the clutches of Hezbollah.

London, 17 Nov – The Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al Jubeir said that his country’s actions across the Middle East were a reaction to the aggressiveness of the Iranian Regime and warned Iran’s mullahs that “enough is enough”.

Currently the Sunni Kingdom and the Shiite Regime are fighting each other on several fronts across the region, most notably in Yemen and Lebanon.

Al Jubeir said: “Any way you look at it, they (the Iranians) are the ones who are acting in an aggressive manner. We are reacting to that aggression and saying, ‘Enough is enough. We’re not going to let you do this anymore’.”
