London, 9 Mar – The current United States Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, told reporters on Monday that the United States is supporting the United Nations-led peace talks for Syria. She said that Syria is no longer going to be a “safe haven for terrorists”. She also said that it would be a priority to expel Iran and its proxies from Syria.

London, 9 Mar – Qassem Soleimani is known all over the Middle East as Iran’s most dangerous man. He takes pompous photos of himself and his soldiers on the battlefield in various countries including Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq and Syria.
He is Iran’s second man – only after Ali Khamenei, the country’s supreme leader. As a close confidante of Khamenei, Soleimani has a big influence over foreign policy.

London, 9 Mar – There is much debate in the US on whether the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) should be put on the list on foreign terror organisations, which would subject them to sanctions.
Alireza Jafarzadeh, the deputy director of the Washington office of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), wrote an op-ed for Fox News, advising the US Congress to blacklist the IRGC.

London, 9 Mar – Iran’s terror squad, the Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), has been smuggling weapons and other illegal goods through three front companies to terrorists in Yemen.
The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) said that the money gathered helps the IRGC to fund terrorism at home and abroad.

London, 8 Mar – At least 10,000 fighters from the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) have died in Syria fighting for the Assad Regime but they are being secretly buried and their families are being told that the men are still alive, according to Iranian Resistance forces.
In order to trick the Iranian people into thinking that the war is going well, the Regime has only confirmed a small amount of the actual deaths.

London, 8 Mar – It’s hardly surprising that the Iranian Regime is misogynist; after all, they oppress religious minorities, people of different races, the LGBT community and political opponents (who are generally the ones advocating for fair, secular laws).
What was surprising was to hear the so-called moderate, President Hassan Rouhani, speak about women’s rights in Iran like he was somehow making things better; maybe he thinks that he’s doing his part for feminism by torturing and executing female political prisoners as well as male ones?

London, 8 Mar – Last weekend, Iran yet again launched anti-ship ballistic missiles, while Iranian fast attack boats behaved aggressively towards a United States Navy surveillance vessel in the Strait of Hormuz.
This shows that Iran has failed to moderate its hostile behaviour despite sanctions against it from the US in January.

London, 8 Mar – In commemoration of the International Women’s Day, Maryam Rajavi, leader of the Iranian Resistance made a speech about the role of women in dismantling the oppressive Iranian Regime.
She praised those women in Iran who are imprisoned for speaking their minds or promoting social change and assured them, that all members of the Iranian Resistance stand proudly by them.

London, 8 Mar – If the US Congress votes to put the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) on the list of Foreign Terror Organisations, then it will not necessarily lead to another US-led war in the Middle East, according to the president of the European Iraqi Freedom Association (EIFA).
Struan Stevenson, who was previously a member of the European Parliament for Scotland, wrote an op-ed for UPI, in which he laid out the case for designating the IRGC as a terrorist entity.

London, 8 Mar – The Syrian Regime used the peace talks in Geneva as a way to trick the world into believing that the government forces wanted to negotiate with the opposition, in the same way, that Nazi Germany did when it invaded France.
